Greece is a seasonal wedding destination. For The Dreammakers, the most popular months for weddings are May to October, when the weather is warm, the skies are clear, and the sea provides a perfect backdrop.

In southern islands (Rhodes, Crete, Cyclades) where the weather is warmer, outdoor weddings can take place as late as the end of November.

June and September are particularly ideal for couples seeking milder temperatures and fewer tourists, while July and August offer peak summer vibes.

If you’re looking to avoid the summer heat and high-season crowds, May or late September / beginning of October might be the perfect fit for your celebration.

Expert tip: Venue staff and wedding teams are much fresher at the beginning of the season (May), “Before everyone else gets here”. Being ahead of the crowd usually means you can enjoy higher quality service and a more authentic atmosphere.

Rain is the absolute nightmare of any outdoor wedding. However, we have good news for you.

Some venues have an alternative covered space to use in case of rain. If this is a concern to you, do inquire a venue with a rain cover and check the weather report prior.

Moreover, most rains between May to December, have a very short duration, sometimes less than twenty minutes. Once the rain is gone, usually the sky clears, and it doesn’t rain again.

Even though rain is a rare occasion (it only happens at most once every season) so far it never spoiled any of our weddings. Stormy weather makes for good photos, and an interesting story to tell to grankids.

We recommend early mornings or late afternoons for the best light and cooler temperatures. The best time to plan your wedding ceremony is one to two hours before sunset.

Seasonality might affect this, as weather and temperature drops and raises, and heavy crows flock the beaches.

Moreover, most venues have a strick starting policy regarding the earliest possible starting time. Please consult your location guide and us for more information.

Drone usage depends on the weather conditions. High winds, rain, or other inclement weather can make flying a drone unsafe and result in unstable footage.

For beach weddings in Greece, we carefully assess the weather before deciding to use a drone. If the weather isn’t suitable on your wedding day, we’ll discuss alternative solutions to capture stunning visuals.

We provide custom decorations tailored to your theme, including floral arrangements, arches, seating setups, table decor, lighting, and more. Let us know your vision, and we’ll bring it to life.

Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized decor that matches your desired theme, whether it’s boho chic, minimalist elegance, or a romantic beach vibe.

Yes, our team handles everything from setup to teardown, so you can focus on enjoying your day.

Generally it’s very difficult to import high quality flowers on remote locations, such as the greek islands. Flying them in is not always an option, and flowers get beaten by heat and sun on slow greek ferries before they even make it on land. Heat conditions make it technically impossible for certain types of heat and light sensitive blooms.

If you have specific flowers in mind or need suggestions for seasonal blooms, we’ll guide you through the options to create your dream design.

We also have plenty of high quality paper and plastic flowers lookalike, so your flower compositions can be heat and sun resistant.

Our mission is to create stunning floral arrangements, arches, and table settings.

The latest trends in sustainability push towards re-usable flowers. Moreover, difficulty in logistics (remote islands without airport) and harsh weather conditions (intense heat and wind, salty water breeze, and direct sunlight) oftentimes make the transport of live flowers a logistical nightmare. The live flowers end up being beat-up even before we have a chance to work with them.

For these reasons, our team is trying to move away from using live flowers, and towards sustainable and re-usuable options, such as  dry, plastic, and paper flowers.

We’ll still keep using locally sources flora though, such as olive brances, and other local greenery, as well as a few types of local blooms, such as roses, sparingly and incorporate them in our most expensive packages.

No, we do not allow clients to handle their own wedding decorations.

Mostimes the venues we work with only accept an experienced decoration team which has worked with them before, and particurily entrust us with their venue.

Our professional team ensures that every detail is executed perfectly and in line with the vision you’ve entrusted to us. Communication between the planning and decoration departments of our team is seamless and effortless and flows to allow your dreams to be a reality.

That depends on availability upon request, and the relative time to your event.

On small islands, renting equipment and decors is not an option. Therefore items need to be either already available, or to be purchased for a big amount and rented to you.

Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll try to work a solution out!

Yes, we offer personalized proposal planning services to create a magical and unforgettable moment. From romantic beach setups to intimate dinners, we’ll handle all the details.

Absolutely! Greece offers countless stunning proposal locations. We can recommend spots like a rugged cliff at sunset, a secluded beach, or historic ruins for a truly magical moment. How do we do it? Yes! Couple sessions are perfect for celebrating your engagement, anniversary, or just capturing your love story in Greece’s breathtaking locations.

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons, but we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines if possible.

Pricing depends on the scope of your wedding and selected services. Take a look at our packages and pricing, and then contact us for a custom quote!

Not necessarily. Not all venues have a minimum bar consumption. You can see this and other details regarding the venues in the location guide we have prepared for you.

No. Each venue has their own policy regarding discounts provided for non-adults, including age limits and discount percentages. For this reason we would need to know the exact age of the kids attending, one to two months before the event.

A non-refundable deposit that ranges between 500€ (for smaller photography packages) and 2500€ (for larger weddings) is required to secure your date.

Yes. We accept the booking fee and the first payments via international bank transfer to our account, while the last 1-2 payments we accept in cash.

We accept the booking fee and the first payments via international bank transfer to our account, while the last 1-2 payments we accept in cash. You can find the details of our bank account on your contract.

Yes, indeed the bank account is LT. Revolut is an international bank, which operates mainly in Europe, and has many branch offices in several EU countries, however not in Greece, yet. Therefore all the bank accounts in Greece are through the Lithuanian headquarters of the bank. This is accepted as Lithuania is part of the European Union as is Greece.

The reason we are using this bank is because:
a) It has the best currency exchange rate – many of our customers use GBP, USD or AUD.
b) It has no transaction fees. While these seem like a small amount in a single transaction, especially in small one such a photo shoot, since we do complete weddings, therefore we handle much larger amounts.

At the end of the day, we calculated these transaction costs to be more than 1.000 EUR annually, if we used any other bank.

Since we don’t feel comfortable taking on this cost or passing this cost to the customer, therefore becoming less competitive in our prices, we offer this as a first option to all of our clients, since we don’t want to add any additional or hidden fees.

Yes, but it depends on the specific requirements of your religion and local regulations. We’ll work with you and your chosen officiant to determine what’s possible and ensure everything is arranged accordingly.

No, we do not allow clients to bring their own drinks. We work with trusted caterers and beverage suppliers to ensure all food and drinks meet the highest standards and comply with venue policies.

However, on very special occasisons, the venue might agree for you to bring a particular / speciality drink which is impossible to import. In this case a service or corkage fee will be applied. Please enquire for more.

In the event of a pandemic or similar unforeseen global event, we’ll work closely with you to reschedule your wedding, adjust plans as needed, and prioritize the safety of everyone involved. We aim to provide flexible solutions and minimize disruptions to your celebration.

Yes, we understand that plans may need to change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on our availability and vendor schedules. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

If a member of our team or one of the vendors becomes ill, we have a contingency plan in place. We work with a trusted network of professionals to ensure a qualified replacement is available, so your event proceeds smoothly without any disruptions.

Yes, we can suggest sustainable decor, catering, and other environmentally friendly options to reduce the impact of your wedding.
